How to arrive in Greece

    The best way to come in Greece is by air arriving directly to Athens International Airport or to Makedonia Airport of Thessaloniki and then take a domestic flight to one of 34 Greek airports or take a ship for your destination. If you are living in Europe, you will also find many direct flights (usually from April to October) to almost 28 airports in Greece or you can take a ferry boat from the Italian ports of Trieste, Venezia, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi and arrive to Corfu, Igoumenitsa or Patras. If you are coming form north Europe, you can also reach Greece by train, crossing the Balcans and arriving to Thessaloniki Train Station.
